Introduction


Fully automatic filling and sealing machine is a highly automated equipment for filling and sealing cylindrical metal hoses or composite hoses with paste materials. 316L stainless steel butterfly valve metering pump conforming to GMP standards, equipped with screw fine-tuning mechanism and accurate weighing. Adopting photoelectric marking mechanism, PLC programmable control, accurate and reliable trademark positioning.


It resolves previous machine does not have a fixed device and requires manual operation, avoids the ampoule from falling and shifting when moving. Decreases to damage the ampoule and ensures the normal The potting work. It is measured by filling accurately through the pistol plunger, stable and adjustable heating time, beautiful and tidy sealed tail.

Filling Accuracy Adjustment of Fully Automatic Filling and Sealing Machine


1. Filling volume, filling speed and speed of upper and lower valves to determine the production filling error. Upper and lower valves are related to the viscosity of the product. The greater the viscosity, the slower the valve opening. Closing speed is related to viscosity of product.

2. Spring pressure for adjusting valve size should be judged by measurement and the experience of filling operator.

3. Opening and closing speed of thick main valve spring pressure adjustment valve. As spring pressure increases, opening and closing speed of the valve will increase.
